i 2 Bridge Club Plays At J. W. Guthrie Home| Mrs. J. W. Guthrie, 400 Third street, was hostess to the members of her bridge club Wednesday afternoon. Bridge was in play at three tables, honors going to Mrs. A. H. Scharnow- ski. A course luncheon was served at the close of the afternoon. Indoor Pienie Given At A. Chernich Home Employes of the tax commissioner's office entertained at an indoor picnic last evening at the M. H. Chernich home. A picnic supper was served and the cvening was spent in playing bunco. Honors in the games went to T. H. Thoresen and Miss Beulah Thornburg. The evening was’ spent in making decorations for the approaching wed- ding, and a luncheon course was served. About twelve friends of Miss Whit- temore were present, including the Misses Frances Collison, Neche, and Bernice Noble, Souris.
