Judge A. M. Christianson was the principal speaker, giving a history of the Boy Scout movement from its inception under General Baden- Powell in the South African war. The program was opened with “america,” the singing being led by W. H. Stutsman. The scouts were led in the scout oath by Charles Ellis, Jr. The tenderfoot investiture cere- mony was put on by Charles A. Bug- bee, scout master, and 12 scouts of Troop 1 and 2.
