The corps selected consists of the four supreme court judges, with Judge A. M. Christianson, master of Kadosh; Judge W. L. Nuessle, prior; Judge L. E. Birdzell, preceptor; Judge A. G. Burr, minister of state; Judge Fred Jansonius, chancellor; John Parkinson, almoner; Gilbert Haugen, registrar; and F. A. Lahr, treasurer. . The reunion resumed work at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon, taking up the assembly of Missouri Slope chapter of Rose Croix, with luncheon at the temple at noon and dinner there pre- ceding the evening session at 7:30. 20 Put Through Tuesday A class of 20 was put through the work of the degrees from the fourth to the fourteenth, inclusive, in the communication of Bismarck Lodge of Perfection, Tuesday, when three ses- sions were held at the temple. All the degrees except the fifth, twelfth and thirteenth were worked in full, the exceptions being communicated by Walter R. Reed, sovereign grand inspector general for North Dakota. The work Tuesday was in charge of John Lyngstad as venerable master. The class today was expected to be about twice the size of Tuesday's. Some of the candidates for the high- er degrees took such as were worked yesterday when the spring fall re- unions were held here last year. As the work proceeds the classes will in- crease by the addition of the partial- ly initiated candidates, climaxing in the total number taking the thirty- first and thirty-second degrees - day night, when the consistory is stituted. Just how many candidates and staff participants would be here was a bit doubtful this morning, owing to the high water, which, it was feared, might prevent some of the out-of- town Masons living in the flood area from making their appearance. The. work today was in charge of George F. Dullam as wise master, and others on his staff included George M. Constans, senior warden; Lorenzo H. Belk, junior warden; Charles G. Boise, orator; John Par! teenth to the thirtieth, inclusive. Louis F. Smith will be in charge of the ceremonies as commander, and he will be assisted by Harold B. Parsons, first Meutenant commander; Alfred B. Welch, ‘second lieutenant com- mander; Edwin A. Ripley, chancel- lor; Otto Bauer, orator; John Parkin- son, almoner; Gilbert Haugen, re- corder; Frank A. Lahr, treasurer; A. O. Henderson, lieutenant of the guard; and Thomas McKane, sen- tinel. “ Friday Will Climax Reunion ‘Thursday's sessions will be held at 9 a. m., 2 p. m. and 7 in the evening. The degrees from the nineteenth to the thirtieth inclusive will not all be worked in full. The exceptions, to be communicated by Inspector Gen- eral Walter Reed will be the twenty- third, twenty-fourth and twenty- fifth. The institution Friday afternoon and evening of Lewis and Clark con- sistory will mark the first time these degrees, the thirty-first and thirty- second, ever were worked in the state west of Fargo and south of Minot. The institution will mean the estab- lishment of permanent consistorial headquarters here for this city and Mandan. The thirty-first degree is to be in charge of Murray Baldwin, while Alfred Arvold, deputy to In- spector General Reed, will have charge of the work of the thirty-sec- ond as master of Kadosh, assisted by a team of thirty-third degree Masons and knights commanders of the court of honor, of Fargo. This is the un- usual feature of this reunion and in- stitution. The Fargo delegation is ex- Pected in tonight. It will number about 20.
