PAGE SIX LOCAL WOMAN STAR WITNESS Mrs. Dorothy Fenstermacher Testifies Against Former Stanley Cashier Minot, N. D., Nov. 16—(AP)—A ‘weeping denial of all accusations nade against him by his co-defend- ‘nt, Mrs. Dorothy Fenstermacher f Bismarck as a witness for the government, was made in federa} sourt this forenoon by Roy Wold, ‘ormer cashier of the First National Yank of Stanley, who is charged vith aiding and abetting her in em- vezzlements from that institution. She had pleaded guilty to a charge of embezzlement. Wold ad- | nitted under cross examination, rowever, that he had been guilty of taking two false reports to the omptroller of currency, prior to the ime that the alleged embezzlements ook place, in that he submitted itatements showing no overdrafts, whereas, he had overdrafts in his versonal account in the bank. Mrs. Dorothy Fenstermacher, Bis- tarck, former stenographer in the ow closed First National bank at jJtanley, was a principal witness resterday in the trial of Roy Wold, former cashier of the bank, on sharges of aiding and abetting in embezzlements, in federal court at Minot yesterday. Mrs. Fenster her, a co-defend- ant of Wold, ri y pleaded guilty at Fargo to a ch: of embezzling funds from the nley bank and her sentencing was deferred to the present term of federal court in Minot. Mrs. Fenstermacher on the stand described the tem alleged to have been used Wold in taking funds from the institution. Wold is facing four counts, to which he pleaded not guilty. At the outset of her testimony yesterday afternoon, Mrs. Fenster- macher said that during the time she worked in the bank she was single, and that her name was Dor- othy Sullivan.
