The members of the board have been giving consideration to the powers which present laws give them to regulate the oneration of commercial air lines, and when ap- plications are filed the board intenas to conduct hearings to obtain as much information as possible, which will enable them to propose new legislation to the state legislature next winter. “It is not the intention of the board to attempt to burden newly opened air lines with a lot of regulations, except to see that the ublic is safeguarded,” President larding said.
