Cards will be presented to the owners of untidy property request- ing that all rubbish be collected, burned or hauled away. Second Survey Later At the close of the week, a second survey will be made and, if the un- tidy property owners have not cleaned and painted their premises, a second card will be presented, warning the owner to immediately clean up his property or have the city do it at the property owner’s| expense. | lembers of the Lions club who will supervise the week are E.
