Will Head and Be General Manager of Public Service Concern at Omaha Frank Milhollan, who resigned on February 15 as a member of the North Dakota Railroad commission, | of which he has been chairman for many years, has accepted the position of president and general manage the Central West Public Service company, with headquarters at Omaha, Neb., he announced today at Devils Lake, where he is attend- ing a convention of the North Da- kota Telephone association. His resignation from the ‘railroad board becomes effective April 1, at which time he expects to assume his new duties and will move his family from Bismarck to Omaha. . Decision to accept his proposition came, Mr. Milhollan said, after he had given careful consideration to a number of offers from various parts of the country.
