FRIDAY, APRIL 14, 1922 Social and Mrs. Langer Is The annual meeting and election of officers of the Women’s Missionary Society of the Presbyterian church was held yesterday afternoon. Sunshine Club To Cheer Sick People The members of the Sunshine Club have been preparing Easter baskets with rabbits and filled with candy for the children who are confined in both hospitals. They are also arrang- ing for flowers which will be given to ll the wards in both hospitals. The Sunshine Club has been doing @ great aeal of Charity work and are now going to sell a quilt to help re- pienish their funds so that the work { of the club may be continued. The { quit 1g haud pieced and is on display at the Perry Furniture Company. The work of tne club is worthy of support and the members asked that people ot Bismarck help them to realize a neat sum from the sale of the quilt. MRS. BARTON HONOR GUEST Mrs, Allen Barton was the honor guest when Miss Marie Irish and uiis. J. G. Wallace entertained a number of friends at the home of 2 -Mrs. Wallace last cvening. The af- fair was in the nature ot a miscel- laneous shower. Whist was the di- version of the evening after which dainty refreshments were served. Prior to her marriage last Saturday, Mrs. Barton was Miss Fredda Hult- berg. \ ORGANIZE CLUB. A La Salle Efficiency club was or- ganized last night in the Commerciai club rooms by students of the busi- ness administration department of the la Salle Extension University.
