There is. an item of $5,000.00 for Water Case E xpenve in the budget; and this ‘has been Spent and disbursed and paid out, and is a part of tlie:expense of the city in the Water Fight and is included in| the $9,664.70 expense in the Water Fight, a statement of which was. majled by the undérgigned Com- mittee to all the voters of the City.
