Notice is hereby given that at an election duly held in McIntosh County North Dakota, the issuance of bonds for the building of a court ‘house and jail to be included in one ‘building, in the sum of 75,000.00, in denomina- tions of $1000.00 each, maturing in 20 years and bearing interest at the rate of 4 per cent per annum, was authorized iby a majority vote of the qualified electors of said county.
