A friend of mine wrote to me the other day, and said that he had heard so much about the pretty city of Bis- muarck. He lives back in Maine, and he said he wished to purchase some property in the city of Bismarck and he intimated that he would like to move to’ the city. of Bis- marck. He asked me a question point blank, “Are there uny churches in the city of Bismarck?” |My reply to him was, “Certainly, certainly; there are Eleven Churches in the city of Bismarck with their spires pointing Heaven- ward, which is the Emblem of Hope, and I might say that that means ‘Eleven Roads to Heayen’.” { told him that | if he moved to the city of Bismarck we would extend a hand of friendship to him. Now then, if my friend comes to Bismarck and takes the wrong road and goes to Hell, it is not chargeable to the city of Bismarck, nor my fault. There is a nice bungalow up on 9th St. that I wish to direct him to. It is an east front lot; it is modern from A to Z. The lot is 50x150 ft., right near churches and schools, a good neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, and as I am hard up and need cash, I will sell this very desir- able piece of property for $3, 300. 00; and $1,300.00 cash, balance in 15 years’ time, interest at 6%.
