A record-breaking number of stock- holders attended the annual ‘meeting of the Bismarck Country club, which amrked the close of an exceptionally successful year under the able lead- ership of President 'O..N. Dunham. No other season in the career of the clu) has been attended by so many inter. esting events, has found the genera! given the club and the community generally. et Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows: President—H. H. Steele. Vice-President—B., C. Marks. Secretary—H. S. Dobler. Treasurer—A. S. Bolster. The reelection of H. S. Dobler to the office of secretary is a matter of general gratification to the club, He has given unsparingly of his time and has made an exceptionally capable officer, Directors for the year will be J. C. Oberg, ‘Sam H. Clark and Sen. 0. W. McGray, a live and active trio. The president and vice president, with the secretary and treasurer, will name the grounds and house committees. The annual ‘ball will be held New Year's eve. and, as usual, it will prove THE social event of the sea- son, an ocasion for the display of new gowns and the introduction of the sea- son’s dedutantes. The annual report of the treasurer showed’ that through Red Cross events on the grounds and shocking ‘bees directed by the club $1,060 had been turned over during the year to the. Red Cross. By an. unanimous vote the dues of all members in the service, which were passed for the years 1917 and 1918, were marked paid for the year’1919. A life mem- ‘bership was voted Mrs..
