OUTLEGRERS Dismissed Cases Against Jack: Christopher, George Dohn | and Charley White The cases of the state against Char- ley White, Jack Christopher and George Dohn, charged with hootleg- ging through information filed by agents of the state’s attorney's office, were dismissed in the court of Ole Benson last evening. With the cases thrown out of court, State's Attorney F. E. McCurdy then| moved that the case of the state against William Jones, colored, charg- ed with the same offense, be transter- red to the court of Anton Beer, The change of venue was granted.
