EIGHT ~ BISMARCK DAILY TRIBUNE THURSDAY, FEB. 22, 1917. EOURT PASSES SFNTENCE ON KAN ONT Finlayson and Ladehoff Enter Pleas of Not Guilty—to Be Tried at This Term JURORS EXCUSED—WILL REPORT FRIDAY MORNING John Kroutz, employed at the Part- ner cafe, heard a sentence of six months passed on him in the district court yesterday by Judge Hanley. A few seconds later, sentence was sus- pended. Kroutz was brought into the district court from Judge Dolan’s court, having waived a preliminary ex- amination. The bill of information al- leged that he carried a concealed weapon. The complaint was sworn to Night Captain Martineson, Two Plead Not Guilty. Frank Finlayson and Julius Lade- hoff, charged with keeping and main- taining a common nuisance, entered pleas of not guilty yesterday and will be tried at this term oi court. The first case on the February cal- endar came up this afternoon, that of the state against Frank Way, accused of perjury in connection with giving of testimony in the Jack Christopher blindpigging case. It is expected that SAGE TEA BEAUTIFIES AND DARKENS HAIR Don't Stay Gray! It Darkens So Naturally That Nobody Can Tell You can turn gray, faded hair beau- tifully dark and lustrous almost over night if you'll get a 50-cent bottle of “Wyeth’s Sage and Sulphur Com- pound” at any drug store. Millions of bottles of this old famous Sage Tea Recipe, improved by the addition of other ingredients, are sold annual- ly, says a well-known druggist here, because it darkens the hair so natur- ally and evenly that no one can tell it has been applied. These whose hair is turning gray or becoming faded have a surprise awaiting them, because after one or two applications the gray hair van- ishes and your locks become luxur- iantly dark and beautiful. This is the age of youth. Gray- haired, unattractive folks aren’t want- ed around, so get busy with Wyeth’s Sage and Sulphur Compound tonight and you'll be delighted with your dark, handsome hair and your youthful ap- pearance within a few days. This preparation is a toilet requi- site and is not intended for the cure, mitigation or prevention of disease, — ning. Judge Hanley is presiding. Four witnesses had been examined up to 3 o'clock. Jurors Are Excused, he court late today excused mem- bers of the regular jury until 9 o'clock Friday morning, requesting that the members leave their names with the clerk and places of their ad- dress in order that they might be call- ed if-necessary before that time. the case will be concluded this eve- t er Ifyou chance for recovery if your blood if it is run dewn. your blood pure at all HH you are suffering with titate, subst Write fot bedkice on blood di yu. -ATLANTA, GA.
