Report blanks and another letter were sent out later, urging the children to enter exhibits of their potatoes at the state potato show at Moorhead and at the Northeast show at Duluth. Countvy Fair Winners. The following is an itemized re- port which shows the prize that each boy or girl in the county received at the Beltrami county fair and the total score accredited each. Fred Webster, Nebish, $5, 85.75. ; Only eight boys and girls, out of a M total of fifty-six, who had signed for 48 potato contest work in Beltrami il county this past year, completed the work and received premiums at the Beltrami county fair. Three of the eight to finish the work exhibited po- 4 tatoes at the Moorhead show and won _' prizes as follows: Edna Stilwell of @l Bemidji received $5 as fourth prize on the Green Mountain variety, David Rutherford of Hines received $4 as fourth prize on Triumphs, while Fred Webster of Nebish re- ceived $5 as first prize on Russet Burbanks.
