Y. M.C. A. FUND DRIVE . Minneapolis, Nov. 16.—The state organization for the financial drive of the War Work ‘council of the Na- tional Y. W. C. A. has been an- ‘nounced by Mrs. James S. Bell, state chairman, as follows: Mrs. Walter Eckholdt, Rochester; Mrs. J. 4 Brandrup, Mankato; Mrs. H. C. Theopold, Faribault; Mrs. C. A. Sev- erance, St. Paul; Mrs, E. W. Decker, Minneapolis; Mrs. L. D. Brown, Lit- tle Falls; Mrs. Howard Kerns, Gran- ite Falls; Mrs. W. A. McGonagle, Duluth; Mrs. William Russell, Moor- head, and Mrs. A. F. Beaty, Anoka. FISH SUPPLY DIDN'T MAKE DENT. HERE Three hundred pounds of whitefish didn’t make .a dent in the fish appe- tites of Bemidji today, according to reports from Stewart’s and Dicaire’s stores, for the fish were sold in a hurry. 3 “Didn’t have half enough,” was Mr. Stewart’s comment to the Pio- neer today. “Ought to have had twice as much, but it was all we could get.” The fish were fine specimens and were from Red Lake.
