Warford, pastor of the Presbyterian church of this city, officiating. A wedding dinner was served to * the immediate friends and relatives after the wedding ceremony. The bride is well known in this vicinity, jhaving taught in the schools of this county since her graduation from thé“Bemidji high school in 1910, be- . ing the valedictorian of that class. -t The groom is a mechanic. Mr. and " Mrs. Jones will leave this evening for their home in Des Moines. o , CONVENTION WELL ATTENDED In spite of the many other attrac- tions last evening, ‘“The Spinsters’ Convention” staged in the city hall by members of the Y’s club of the Presbyterian church, was well at- tended. The farce is a comedy from start to finish and was carried through without a hitch. Much ‘- - ‘credit is due to Mrs. 8. C, Brown who directed the play.
