ELKS INFORMAL . ;/About fifty couples attended the ijnformal party given at the Elks temple last evening. The national colors were used in decorating and Tuseth’s orchestra furnished the music. The standing entertainment committee had the affair in charge. PARENTS ENTERTAINED arents of the members of the B. %..C. club were entertained last eve- ning in the church parlors of the Presbyterian chureh when the boys Held an open meeting. The boys con- dugted their business meeing in ‘he presence of the guests, the president of .the club, Tom Simons, being in charge. ‘The secretary-treasurer, Francis Rhea, gave a report on the treasury and also read the minutes. Henry Jordan gave the history of the club from its beginning to the present time. The members also went through their various drills under the direction of Rev. Lester P. War- ford. F. B. Lamson gave an address on “Responsibility” and Charles W. ‘Warfield gave an interesting talk on his trip through the west.
