Resche declares that the state home school for children ‘ at Owatonna keeps four agents busy throughout the state all the time looking up ap- plications of families ‘which are de- sirous of adopting children and ‘that the applications for children greatly outnumber the children to be placed. Since the state institution for home- less children at Owatonna has been operating, 4,315 children have been placed out in homes. The total num- ber received is 5,016.
