Cleveland, Dec. 23.—Consolidation of the Lake Shore Railroad company with the New York Central Railway company was effected here at a meet- ing pf Lake Shore stockholders. The stockholders ratified the action taken by New York Central stockholders July 20. The merger involves $300,- 000,000.
