The Germans announce this attack was repulsed. It is reported at Constantinople that the ‘tribes of Northern Albania have declareéd’'war on Servia. Albania ad- joins Servia on the west and the tribes of the north give allegiance to the king. Their reported entrance into the war ‘was of particular sig- nificance because of 'the uncertain conditions among the Balkan nations and indications that those not already ! embroiléd 1n the war ‘may join in it.
