Sherman, commissioner of immigration, to the commercial clubs some time ago, the business men of Hill City have organized a club and are sending a man into the fleld to advertise the resources and opportunities in their section of Ait- kin county. H. V. Eastman is the man selected to do the work. The| Hill City Commercial club has adopt- ed a unique plan to dispose of their lands. They have created a sort of real estate exchange in their club, and parties having lands adjacent to" Hill City who wish to advertise them and sell them, list their lands with the Comrhercial club and agree to pay a commission of $1.00 an acre to the club for all sales made. The commissions earned in this way will be used to pay the expenses of sell- ing the lands and the salary and ex- pénses of the salesman, Mr. Eastman.
