Last year Miss Irma Cochran visited her aunt and is thus well ac- quainted with the section of Omaha that was visited by the cyclone. A crew of men are at work tearing down the shed adjoining the court house barn which is located in the center of the court house _gronnds facing Seventh street. The barn has been purchased by Edward Anderson and will be removed to his lots in the course of the next two days. The barn | was sold to him for $12 providing he either tear down or remove it before| Saturday of this week. Many other improvements will be made around the court house this spring including the repainting of all the wooden fix- tures. This afternoon at 4:15 a matinee will be presented by the senior class of the High school. Only grade stu- dents will be allowed to attend this matinee and an admission charge of fifteen cents will be wmade. The characters in4his play have been prac- ticing regular for the past month and have been prepared for some time to present the two plays but to make sure that there will be no hitch in the performances tomorrow night they will present both plays this af- ternoon for the benefit of the school children.
