Wilson, editor of the Daily Pioneer, who attended the recent session of the state legislature as the Pioneer’s representative, will return to the city this evening to resume his duties in connection with this paper. Mrs. C. G. Whitney of Walker, wife of the Minnesota & Internat- ional railroad depot agent in that city, was in the city last evening enroute to her home from Warren, where she has spent the past week visiting friends. Fred LaFavar left this morping to accept a position with the Mansur Drug Company of St. Paul. Mr. LaFavar has been a resident of Be- midji for several years, having been connected with the Barker Drug Store in this citv. . He will move his family to St. Paul in the near future. J. F. Lovell of Fergus Falls, who is connected with the State Hospital for the insane, which is located in that city, arrived in the city last evening, and returned this morning with James Driver in his custody. Driver is the Bemidji man who was committed to the insane asylum in January. He escaped from the asylum Easter Sunday, but up until day before yesterday had not been located.
