GRAY BAKERY INSTALLS ELEGTRIC BREAD MIXER W. A. Gray, proprietor of the Home Bakery on Beltrami avenue, has had installed in bis baking de- partment, an electric bread mixer at the cost of about $450. The capacity of the bread mixer is 600 loaves. It will thoroughly mix that quantity of dough in about thirty minutes time; by hand it would take over two hour- to do the same amount of work' and then it would not be .as thoroughly mixed as this modern piece of machinery will do the work. - n Mr. Gray opened his home bakery in this city, he turn- ed out about 150 to 200 loaves daily. Today he turns out as high as 500 loaves each day, in addition to all other bakery supplies sold by this popular store, Since his arrival here the build- ing which he occupies has been enlarged and an immense baking oven has also been installed, the capacity of which is 250 loaves at one baking. There is probably no other bak- ery in Northern Minnesota outside of Duluth, so well equipped to bandle quantity and quality work as! is Mr. Gray’s “Home Bakery.” Mr. Gray believes in cleanliness first, last and all the time, which, in addition to the quality of the goods turned out by him, has increased his business far beyond his expecta- tions. THREE BIG AGTS FILL THE BRINKMAN THEATRE The Brinkman Family Theatre was crowded again last evening to witness the strong bill consisting of three acts in addition to the moving pictures. Through an error, the Roberts Duo was omitted from the usual write- up in last evening’s paper, but this act proved to be a good drawing card and was well received. The three acts that appearéd last night and that will appear again to- night are as follows: ““The Great LaBarr” the wonder of the Twentieth century, is the only act of its kind in the world today. “Italia,” the girl who writes the songs she sings, and Ben J. Greene, in their own absurdities, “A Snap,” do character changes, singing and talking. This is a stong novelty sketch. The Roberts Duo in a minature musical comedy “The Doll Maker” act a pretty story.
