He.has been at a.standstill for the past two weeks, awaiting the outcome of certain developments rela- tive to the entry of the Soo into Bemidji. . He stated that he thought these negotiations were about com- pleted and that the steam shovel would be put to work on the grade into Bemidji from the east early next week.
