That whereas the village of Baudette s about to construct a bridge across the Baudette river upon the line of the county road as laid out by this board in the spring of 1806, the said bridge to be locat- ed in the town of Spooner and whereas the said bridge is not within the limits of the said village except the wash approach there- to, and the sameis in fact a county bridge and whereas the said village of Baudette has petitioned this board for aid in the construc- tlon of said bridge, which is to cost $2875.00 and this board considers the said bridge so to be constructed, necessary for the convenience of persons residing in the north part of the county. Now therefore, there is hereby ap- propriated the sum of 3300.00 to aid the said village in the construction of said bridge and the county auditor 1s hereby directed todraw a warrant therefor payable out of the road and bridge fund the same to be made payable tothe treasurer of the village of Baudetie.
