Chicago, May 22.—Wilbur G. Bo- liva, the present head of the Christian Catholic church, announced to his fol- lowers in Zion City Sunday that be- tween Jan. 156 and May 19 he had re- duced expenses to the financial depart- ment of the church from $9,800 per month to $3,832 per month.
