SUBSCRIPTION $5 PER YEAR Attack on Iverson, THE Anoka Union has begun a vicious attack on State Auditqr Iverson becavse be ‘‘ignored the ¢ounty press’ by taking on his wditorial - advertising excursion ‘enly representatives of big city newspapers. The Twin City Guardian echioes the attack of the Union. Mr. Iverson probably took with him the newspaper men whom he though were in a posi- tion to further the end which the trip was expected to accomplish —advertise the agricultural ad- vantages of the state. If this was his aim—and what else could it be?—it did very well indeed to take the men he did take and leave at home those he did leave at home, Of course, we could all help to advertise the state, and we do, but Mr. Iverson could not take us all; he had to take those who could do the state most good in his newspaper campaign. We believe his selection was wisely made. The party was alright, but the itinery was not. The great north central portion of the state, which needs most of all to have the truth known about it, was entire- ly oyerlooked. This is a mis- take that should be corrected at the earliest possible date. ceccescicEss LesEEEREReE, CORRESPONDENCE E P, ASE2 323323 I ITI I3 € LEEE REBEDEW.
