Fuller returned last nighs from Brainerd, where he was a witness in Judge McClenahan’t court in the case of Jinkinson vs. the Boness Lumber company. The company refused payment for logs which were bought by them and some of which they claim were not delivered. Another mad dog scare is on in the city as the result of the killing yesterday afternoon by the police a canine suffering an attack of genuine hydrophobia.
