For the past two years he has held the office to which he seeks re-election and everyone who has had to do business with him knows that he has made a most excellant judge. Itis safe to say that there are few who haye appeared in the probate court during the past two years that will not cast their vote for Judge Clark. Mr. Loud has been county attorney for the past two years and has made an able official. He has secured convictions in an un usually Jarge percentage of the criminal cases which has arised during his term, has been par- ticularly careful in examining all bills presented to the county and has saved the county hundreds of dollars by appealing bills which he deemed unjust, and he has clearly shown himself to be one of the brightest and ablest lawyers in the county. DUNN, Republican Candidate for Governor. _ THE STATE TICKET The republican state ticket is this year composed of men who have been tried and not found wanting. The republican nomi- nees in Minnesota this year are men of large experience in pub- lic affairs. The people know them thoroughly; they have de- monistrated their worth and efficiency most abundantly. Suce names as Dunn, Hansen, Block and Young are names to conjure with. The republican candidate for governor. Hon. Robert C. Dunn of Princeton, was for eight years auditor of the state of Minnesota and a better auditor never drew breath in any state. THE COUNTY TICKET The ticket presented by the republicans of Beltrami county is a ticket composed of men who were nominated after one of the most earnest and spirited contest His administration of the office of state auditor is the pride of the republican party of the state. Nominating Robert C. Dunn for governor is but a small payment on the debt which the republican party owes this man and in elec- ting him the people of the state will be but taking advantage of the opportunity to secure Lhe best qualified man within its borders for the position. The republican nominee for ever witnessed in the county.
