When Armstrong & Under- wood came to Bemidji several months ago they announced that they would give the city one of finest resturants in the north- west and they have abundantly kept their word. Gibraltar, Nov. 1.—The garrison was today mobalized and the artillerymen were ordered to take up their positions at the different battenes at 2:50 this afternoon. ‘Admiral Beresford’s flagship fired a gun 1ecallmg officers of the channel squadron on board their 1espectlve ships and all vessels were cleared for action, London, Noy. 1.—No explanation of the above sensational des- patch can be secured here. The Russian fleet left Vigo at eight o’clock this morning. London, Nov. 1. 6 p. m m.—London is béwildered by the alarm- ing reports indicting a renewal of the Anglo-Russian crisis.
