An order. for a spe- cial ~venire of jurymen was re- turnable before Judge Spooner this morning at ten o’clock. Chounard has been advised by his attorney Mr.. Larson, Brainerd to plead vullty to mur- der in the second degree. He had originally-intende: & to plead insanity and had entered a plea of “not guilty” to the charge. All the business of the ciyil calendar was completed Satur- day and the Hill murder case will come up as soon as Chounard is disposed of.
