Two cups of milk, one-half cup level tablespoons tablespoons flour, teaspoon salt, spoon pepper. cut into cubes. Seald the milk with the onion and celery. Cook for ten minutes, then strain. Melt the butter, add the flour, salt and pepper, and when blended stir in the hot milk gradually. Cook for five minutes, then add the corned beef. Pour into a buttered baking dish and cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven.
