In the summer of that year, by order of Prosident Lineola, he arrested @ man named Petrie, in Greene county, on aMdavite made by two reputable citizens of that locality, charging him with disloyal practices and discou: ‘oging enlistments, ‘The arrest was made by Deputy Marshal Buckloy. When the prisoner was drought down to New York it was found that be w: ignorant, worthless fellow, who could have little or no influence in the county.
