Acting Police Commissioner John A, Leach announced to- day that the new traffic e warning cards for motorists have been distributed to all police stations and drivers can obtain them by applying to the Precinct in which they live. Each application must be ac- companied by two photo- graphs, an inch and three- ® quarters square, with the head not less than one inch across, { and the applicant's license, ! These warning cards go into use Aug. 1, and holders of them will have five chances before they are summoned to court for traffic violations.
