Another case of participation in crime by a man at liberty under sus- pension of sentencé came to light in Centre Street Police Court to-day, when Joseph Gluck, No. 955 Rogers Place, the Bronx; Gustav Zeitman, No, 887 East 10th Street, Flatbush, and Alexander Green of No. 66 West 114th Street were arraigned by De- tectives Brown and Mayer on a charge of stealing $78,000 worth of bonds from a messenger employed by ‘Thomson & McKenna, No. 42 Broad- way, Oh Dec. 6, Assistant District Attorney Wilson, produced Police Headquarters records which estab- lished that Gluck was one of the “Nicky” Arnstein gang which made a business of corrupting Wall Street messengers and stole bonds af a face value of between $3,000,000, and 10,000. 3luck and his brother Irving were tried and convicted before Judge Crain in the Court of General Sesstons.
