BULK OF ESTATE OFM. J. DADY GOES TO HIS RELATIVES Beneficiaries Receive Incomes Assuring Comfortable Living —Valued at $265,000. Atta Boy $6.75 Aside from a few minor bequests || finish the summer. outright, beneficiaries under the will of Michael J. Dady, former Repub- lican leader of Kings and prominent contractor, who died June 2, will re- ceive only incomes assuring a com- fortable living. By the terms of the ‘will filed for probate to-day the prin- cipal on all trust funds reverts to the estate, consisting of $265,000 personal and $16,000 real property, to be di- vided equally among three grand- ohildren when the youngest becomes thirty—twenty-two years from now. The contractor's son, Chester A Dady, and Owen A. Keenan and Robert J* McArdle are named execu- tore of the will, and the last two trustees of the estate, the bulk of which is left to reiatives, To Cath- arine R. McDonald, No. 476 Clinton Avenue, Brooklyn, described merely as “a friend,” te left $10,000 in trust ‘The widow, Sarah, receives $12,000 for funeral expenses, all the household furnishings and 1,000 shares of capital stock of the M. J. Dady Engineering & Contracting Company, held in trust, to revert to the estate at the death of the widow. Shortly before his death Mr. Dady had signed for the company a $100,000,000 contract to con- struct wharves and docks in Cuba. Timothy J. Dady, a brother, re- ceives $40,000 in trust and $200 a month; Tessie, a stepsister, $20,000 in trust, and Beatrice, another step- sister, $1,000 outright. The two sone, Chester A. and Harold B., receive $200 ‘® month each, and their wives, Loretia | and Vera, respectively, $1,000 each, outright. Charles Dady, a nephew, receives $1,600, and the three grand- children $500 cach outright. The grandchildren are Chester A. jr., four- teen; Vera, ten, and Dorothy, eight, daughters of Harold. There are no bequests to charity, friends or employees.
