A. L. Erlanger’s Model Theatre, to be constructed in West 44th Street, will have many new and welcome features. It will have a spacious lounge for women, the entire mezza- mine floor being devoted to this pur- pose, The balcony will extend only elightiy over the orchestra seats, and thus people stting upstairs will have @ full view of practically the entire house. The seats will be large and roomy. The entrance lobby will be twenty-two feet wide by sixty feet long.
