_ @ay in the Bronx Supreme Court, where 4 CANDIDATES NAMED MINERS IN BRITAIN | FOR PARLIAMENT IN One Nomination Made For , Southern Legislation Body, ' That From Donegal. DUBLIN, April 21.—OMieial iists of @andidates for th. North of Ireland Parliament, which has been created by the Irish Act, put into operation April 19, have been completed, There fare forty-two Unionist, 14 Nationalist ‘and 19 Ginn Fein candidates selected, and from them will be elected the oc- e@upants of the fifty-two seats in the Parliament. Joseph Devlin has been chosen for the West Belfast County Antrim— County Armagh Constituency, but in Ho event of his election is pledged to Qgnore the summons to attend meet- ings of the body. Donegal, the most northern county @f Ireland, has been the first to select @ candidate for the South of Ireland Parliament. He is Major R. L. Moore, Master of the Londonderry Orangemen, and he was selected yes- terday as the official Unionist nom- imee. ‘This peculiar situation is explained by the fact that Donegal, although fts borders extend further north than fhose of any other Irish county, is Rot included among the six countics named by the Home Rule Act to make up what is known as “North- ern Ireland,” which elects a separate Parliament. These six counties are Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry and Tyrone, with the Doroughs of Belfast and London- @erry. Donegal thus is left for in- clusion, for governmental purposes, with the southern group of counties. ipteeicenernttieiio TELLS HOW GUNMEN DIED IN THE CHAIR Electrical Expert Describes Death on Stand in Bronx Damage Suit Over Accident. | The execution of four gunmen, Cas- | idy, Milano, Usefof and MsLaughlln, ‘was described in minute detail yester- the prisoners had been convicted and wentenced several months ago.
