The military organizations will in- clude twelve companies of infantry mostly of the 10th Regiment, Battery A of the First Artillery of Syracuse, Troop B, a cavalry érgantzation of Albany and @ machine gun unit of Utica. ‘The soldiers will be quartered at the Albany Armory to-morrow night, with the exception of the officers of the Onelda company, which will be enter- tained at the Hamton Hotel as the guests of Deputy Secretary of State Charles Taft, The inaugural parade will pass in review before a big stand erected in front of the Hxecutive Mansion, which will be occupied by Gov, Smith and Gov, Miller and their staffs, The lat ter will then take their places in the proceasion in automobiles and ride to the Capitol, The Capitol Building will be guarded by State troopers from the Albany and Oneida M&rracks—a duty which 1s generally performed by Na- tional Guardsmen, J. J. Curran of New York will be the head usher at the inaugural ceremony, which will be held in the Assembly Chamber, and he will be assisted by forty State em- ployees. The parade is scheduled to statt from the Executive Mansion at 10.30 o'clock, ‘and it Is planned to have the outgoing and incoming Governers arrive at the Assembly Chamber at about 11.30, As usual, an Immense platform for the inaugural has been erected over the Speaker's desk, and among those who will be seated upon It will be aix former Governors—Benjamin B, Odell.
