Rachmaninoff y- asa Night at Py Sylvester Rawling. ACHMANINOFF, the Russian composer, present in the flesh, red hot upon the heels of Men- delsohn’s “Diijeb,” was his own prophet at the second concert of the Music Festival at the 7ist Regiment Armory last night. Walter Damrosch, the director, devoted the whole pro- gramme to Mr. Rachmaninoff's com- positions and enlisted his individual assistance in the pronouncement of them.
