Mr. if Delaney expects to be at his desk in the offices of the Public Service Com- mission at 9 o'clock to-morrow morn- ing, ready to assume the task of & putting the finishing touches to the $250,000,000 subway system. One of Commissioner Delancy’s first official acts will be an investiga- tion of the Culver line construction with a view to hastening the work 90 that the universal five cent fare will not be delayed any longer than necessary, Commissioner Delaney's salary is $15,000 a year, which is the same as that of Lewis Nixon, recently ap- pointed Regulatory Public Service Commissioner by Gov.
