LEAGUE FORMED TO LINK FRANCE WITH AMERICA Purposes Outlined at Meeting Held in the Fifth Avenue Home of Otto H. Kahn, ‘The French League in America was launched last night at the home of Otto H, Kahn, No. 1100 Fifth Avenue, The meeting was attended by a large group of men and women interested strengthening cordial relations between France and the United Staten. Speeches were made by C. H. Out- land, manager of the league; Baroness Francis Wilson Huard and Tleut, Adrien @e Pachmann, a member of the French High Commission.
