CRUDE OWL JUMPS 250. ABARREL ON -FUELBOARD ORDER Advance Announced for Mid- Continent Field—May Be Made Nation-Wide. An advance of 25 cents a barrel for crude oll has been allowed the pro- ducers of this commodity in what Is known as the Mid-Continent Field, according to Washington reports re- ceived here to-day.
