These mills have an enviable reputation for | These progressive mills decided to turn their stocks into making fine floor coverings. Their merchandise is readily | cash quickly in order to start the new season with new designs, new colorings and, above all, a clean stock sheet. So recognizable because of its particularly high quality. SahinnlGlore tetcARe e Cash Buying, Cash Several months ago both mills started to make ready tor the new season. In both mills thousands of new rugs re- mained in stock. Some were to go because the patterns were to be discontinued, (they refuse to make the designs commonplace by repeating them another season). Others were dyed with colors no longer obtainable. Still others revealed, to their expert eyes, slight imperfections in colors, designs or weaves. Our expert visited the oftices and mills and scrutinized the rugs carefully. He chose only the most wanted patterns, colorings and sizes. From one mill he selected three thousand rugs. More than two thousand were perfect goods. ‘The balance had slight imperfections which in no way aftect their wearing qualities. At the other mill he selected a thousand perfect and desirable rugs and made a flat offer which was accepted. e Mill No. 1:—Consisting of Axminsters, Wilton Velvets, Velvcts and Tapestry Brussels.
