Rows I had the very good fortune to watch the army “Sefting 0 Up” exercises in one of the local armor! and the one thing which impressed me the most was the absolute ease and grace with which it the West Point officer in charge carried himself * i@ © Probably as many as several hundred men entered the armory, and oy many of them were in the regulation khaki uniforms, but my attention | mm was immediately attracted to just one of this number, and he,was not fy ‘tall, elther—hardly the average height.
