"REMAN SIAN BULLETS HIT ACTORS, IN RESTAURANT BATTLE lenis Police Believe Gambling Feud Caused Shooting—One Man Arrested. Qutseppl. Verrasrano, known among patrons of his saloon at No, 19 Ken- mare Street as “The Big Man,” sat alone early to-day at a table in the Ocoldental Restaurant, No, 841 Broome Street. Louis Badaloti was shot in the right leg. No one knew whether there were two or three assassins, but about twelve shots were fired, Two revolv- ers were found in the restaurant, one fully loaded, believed to have be- Jonged to the dead man, the loads fired from the other, After the shooting, Policeman Hey- dorn chased a running man into the yurd at No. 192 Grand Street.
