MAX KOBRE KILLED SELF, HIS PHYSICIAN AND POLICE AGREE Death Was Caused by Gas, They Assert, Despite Report of Coroner’s Expert. The police report that Max Kobre former east side banker, of No, 11 West One Hundred and Twenty-sec- ond Street, committed suicide on the eve of his trial on charges growing out of the failure of his banks, was backed up to-day by Dr. Willy Relser of No. 1841 Madison Avenue. the dead man’s private physician.
