Hundreds of destitute women and Httle kiddies of Belgium, suffering from the rigors and deprivations of war, will pass the rest of the winter in some degree of comfort as a result of the ico'carnival to be given to-night for their benefit at the St. Nicholas Rink, No. 69 West Sixty-sixth Street. In addition to providing a fund to buy clothing for the Belgian war sut- ferers, the programme arranged will give an unusual amount of enjoyment to all those who attend. In addition to the pleasures of general skating on the big rink, thrills will be pro- vided by a hockey match between members of the Union and the Knick- ker Clubs, The match will begin o'clock and will be refereed by art A.
